Chikin woes

Our first crockpot meal was Chicken Cacciatore. It however didn't turn out like we expected. Maybe it was the old chicken (4 days in the fridge), maybe it cooked for too long. In any case, it was a disappointment for a meal that used many exotic ingredients. Perhaps I will make another attempt with fresh chicken.
